![]() Added 3 cups of Raisin Bran cereal, a heaping 1/2 c peanut butter, 1/2 tsp. Thank you to anyone that tries my recipes in return, or photographs them. Due to other suggestions I added: 2 eggs, 1/4 c brown sugar and no white sugar. I seem to give a lot of 4 and 5 star reviews here - I seem to have a pretty good sense of what I like by looking at a recipe before I try it. I try to reduce fat whenever I can, too, but while I want to eat healthy, I still want to ENJOY what I eat!!! Those two changes do so much to make recipes healthier without compromising taste. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, egg, buttermilk and vanilla extract. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and sugars. I almost always reduce the sugar by 1/4 and use whole wheat pastry flour for at least part of the flour. Line a muffin tin with liners, or spray with non-stick cooking spray. I bake and eat A LOT of cookies and muffins. ![]() I love to bake, although I seem to collect a lot of scone and biscotti recipes which I NEVER get around to making. Ingredients 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons baking powder 6 cups Kelloggs. I do not eat red meat, and try to limit other animal products, too. Alternatively, you can shape the dough balls, put them in a zipper bag and chill or freeze until ready to use. Bake immediately for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are nicely browned. I USUALLY eat and cook healthy, but I rarely pass up dessert, either. For small cookies, use a small cookie scoop (or teaspoon) to scoop out about 44 pieces of dough.
